Highlights

A full reboot of the audio-visual, network, and television systems utilizing state-of-the-art cable and network structure resulted in custom-made experiences for visitors. Guest room TVs with personalized welcome messages and a property-wide lighting system creating zone-specific lighting environments provided the one-of-a-kind experiences for guests.
Aptitude worked closely with SiriusXM teams to tie their platform into the property’s overhead background sound system to allow for property-wide playback. That allowed performers like Jimmy Buffet, guest speakers, and music and audio from special events to be heard, live, across all common areas. The events could also be broadcast to Radio Margaritaville listeners around the world.
A vital piece of the project was the separate integration of the operations and billing platforms of both the Margaritaville and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham, a group of 52 residences serving as time shares owned and operated by the Wyndham Group of Hotels.
Through thoughtful, experienced design and installation strategies, clear communication, and innovative project management, Aptitude delivered a fully connected integration between Margaritaville and Wyndham.

Connectivity Enhances Luxury Resort Experience

As the newest addition to the Margaritaville Portfolio, Margaritaville Hotel Nashville needed to mirror the personalized lodging experiences of the brand known for its luxurious ambiance and a laid-back lifestyle. All 218 rooms in the 204,399 square-foot, 12-story property had to include a sophisticated audiovisual and television network integration to support the “personal touch” goals of the owners and operators.

The Challenge

With such a massive and multifaceted systems integration, Margaritaville Hotel Nashville brought in Aptitude, an industry leader in hospitality integration to create a fully-connected built-environment with exceptional experiences for their guests.

Collaborative Approach

These separate yet on-premises suites required integration of additional phone, Wi-Fi network, and in-room TV services. With the equivalent integration for television, audiovisual and internet services, billing, and room management was separated yet accessible, exactly as the project required.

The Results

Through thoughtful, experienced design and installation strategies, clear communication, and innovative project management, Aptitude delivered a fully connected integration between Margaritaville and Wyndham. Two leading hospitality brands were linked with the ability to offer personalized and exciting lodging experiences to travelers from around the world. Thanks to Aptitude, unique amenities and features became easily accessible to the property’s owners, operators, and occupants, creating more value and better experiences for everyone associated with Margaritaville Hotel Nashville.
